Arnie on Diamonds and Pearls bluray

I'm sure I've just spotted Arnold Schwarzenegger when Kirstie Alley is introducing Prince at the Special Olympics in 1991!

Anyone else spotted this or did I get the scoop?

He's on the right side of the screen sitting behind the presenter 😎✌️🎸

I will look out for him. Arnold was married to Maria Schriver who was part of the Kennedy family. They are mainly responsible for the Special Olympics. Rosemary Kennedy was born with a mild intellectual disability, and that is what promoted the interest in creating something like the Special Olympics to give opportunities to others.

On this link there is a comment by aarontj saying, “I remember Arnold Schwarzenegger on Jay Leno promoting this telecast saying that "Prince did another one of his wonderful performances".

Arnie was USA’s “President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition” at the time of the Special Olympics performance.
There may or may not be something coming!

There's an interesting story about the Special Olympics afterparty at Paisley Park:
"Bobby Shriver (philanthropist; was executive producer of the Special Olympics broadcast when Prince played at the 1991 opening ceremony): The party [afterward] at Paisley, that was quite a scene. When he came out of the elevator that night, I happened to be standing with the great Warren Beatty. He came over and Warren said, "I love your music," and he said, "I love your movies," and then Warren says, "Here we are! At your house! It's great!" And Prince goes, "Yeah. Yeah, it is. But I'm still short." It wasn't really a joke. It was kind of poignant. He didn't laugh—he just observed the fact of the matter. He happened to be talking to relatively tall fellas—I'm six-one, I think Warren is six-two. Having a nice conversation. And despite all that, and despite playing at the Special Olympics, and despite his own brilliance, and despite whatever, he still, standing with us, experienced what he must've experienced his whole life. I said, "Oh, come on, man." I tried to make it into a little joke—I think he laughed a little bit, but it was obviously a serious thing for him. I thought, "Wow.""

Arnie had some demands for Prince "I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle". Prince laughed it off knowing they'd never fit.
