No love for Gett Off (Flutestramental) ? Ever since the D&P SDE set list got announced I wondered why the track in the subject is not part of the project. It’s on the Gett Off Maxi vinyl, and it’s my favorite house version, better than Gett Off (Housestyle) imho: it’s not really an instrumental, got a nice organic timeless deep house vibe with Rosie getting off with jazzy scatting, and of course a long expert flute solo. Strange it got left out on the 2nd disk. Any other fans of this version?

I agree that its much better than Gett Off (Housestyle) and was surprised when I saw that it's not part of the set. Welcome 2 The Dawn

I’ve wondered why the Gett Off and Cream maxi singles weren’t reissued in full as a part of this release.

Probably next RSD? "You know, you're the classic example of the inverse ratio between the size of the mouth and the size of the brain"

They are easily available at a qucik glance both on CD and vinyl. eBay, second hand stores, marketplaces... No real need to reissue them, AND they are lenghty and take up a lot of space. I'd much rather more vault material than these mixes that we have already anyway.

I also noticed not all the "Cream EP" tracks are on there, either. "The Wire" "Get Some Solo" "Housebangers" "Q In Doubt" "Ethereal Mix" " ![]()

RSD, there's indeed a second part coming up for November 24, Black Friday. One sided only! What a missed oportunity indeed. - https://recordstoreday.nl/album/get-off-damn-near-10-minutes-mix/ -

Have you ever considered the fact that there are more people interested in these releases who are not part of the Borg/Mindhive that makes up the majority of participants on this forum? . Having everything that was commercially released in one place, remastered, is important. But again, when the collective “we” of this entitled group speaks up, things like that are often disregarded. I’ve been informed that my opinion is worth less than those expressed by others here.

Excuse me for having an opinion different to yours.
With due respect, (and I'll turn an eye blind to that Borg/Mindhive comment), I can't think of anyone willing to spend over $200-300 that hasn't bothered to track down the Gett Off or Cream maxi-singles.
My point is they are neither that hard to find nor are in such need of a remaster. They DO take up space, and you can bet we will not get a 20+ disc SDE, so their inclusion will go in detriment of any previously unreleased stuff we might get.
Or perhaps is it that you are just interested in what has been commercially released and don't care for any Vault material?
