"U R The Best" backstory

In the 1992 or 1993 Prince iVaults, there is a song penned by Prince titled "U R The Best". The song is performed by children. Is there any backstory to this? I heard somewhere that Prince was writing songs for a children's stage production and this was one of his demos.

"... Two other songs without Prince input ("This Lonely Life" by Sinead O’Connor and "You Are The Best" by Carole King) also appeared in the first cuts of the movie but were not planned for the soundtrack album... "

The songs from "I'll Do Anything" that Prince DID write are beautiful, especially "Be My Mirror" and "Don't Talk to Strangers".

Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.
