I found a picture of a Prince outfit I've never seen before that's purportedly from the D&P era on the Tumblr blog princearchive:

I just love this look. I remember his black leather jacket from Graffiti Bridge, but this looks different. I've never seen anything like it before, and I go out of my way to search for Prince looks all the time. Anybody know more about this outfit, whether he wore it at any concerts or there's more pictures of it? Thanks!

There is a photo on Jeff Katz's site that is closer, in the same jacket, same setting. It's dated 1992, London.

While it's hard to tell, you can see on the left side of his head that he has the fingerwaves in his 'typhoon.'

It looks like the same oversized leather jacket.

It has a semi arabesque / semi Prince symbol look so fits better as for 1992 Symbol than for 1991 D&P

I went to the Fashion Experience in February at Paisley Park and they pulled this leather coat out of archives and showed us.

Whoa, the Org comes through again! Thank you all! I suspected it was from the era, but I didn't want to assume and make a mistake. I'm really surprised such a cool jacket hasn't been photographed more, but hopefully it will show up in the deluxe/SDE .
