Stolen from Wikipedia.
I don't think would approve of his ownership views:

Cory Efram Doctorow born July 17, 1971) is a Canadian-British blogger, journalist, and science fiction author who served as co-editor of the blog Boing Boing. He is an activist in favour of liberalising copyright laws and a proponent of the Creative Commons organization, using some of their licences for his books. Some common themes of his work include digital rights management, file sharing, and post-scarcity economics.[

WHAT?

he was trying to be, and was in the later years, an independent businessman, or an independent artist at least. i.e. still interested in making money for himself, giving as little as possible to others profiting from his work. all praiseworthy stufff, but not against capitalism. that would mean giving it all away, and not caring about profit at all.

He was certainly anti oligarchies. I don't think being anti capitalism means never making any money.
