This i want to hear. I imagine it would have been perfect. A batman SDE would be interesting. Also likely to sell more with the right packaging as its batman.

I must have missed something - I can definitely hear the similarities, but have we had some sort of confirmation that 319 dates from that time period?

Apparently elite traders have it on a cassette tape with Bloody Mouth.

Wow! I always thought they was something 'retro' about the solid beats very similar to that era's drum machine sound.

On which bootleg is this Batman Era Version ? "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves. And wiser people so full of doubts" (Bertrand Russell 1872-1972)

It doesnt really fit on TGE. It never did. Much faster and blockier, rhythm wise, plus it has that old funky rhythm guitar which he more or less stopped using a while before.

That was exactly what occured to me when relistening the song this week. Due to this topic I approach it as an batman era song and it fits better on that soundtrack or in the movie. It sounds like a DC universe song

speaking of this, what about those vague rumours of Partyman being from 82?

Is there any veracity to the claim that Bloody Mouth was re-recorded for both The Rainbow Children and Black Is The New Black and also played over the credits sequence of the 3121 Movie and also served as both the opening and closing track to the Madrid 2 Chicago album and also was the original opener to For You?

I was once told Bloody Mouth was a revision of The Dawn intended to be a club single. They are said to have similar subject matter and I believe it! It's well known Prince loved Capn Crunch. It is also well known that Capn Crunch has particularly sharp edges and eating it right when you wake up can lead to....you guess it. A bloody mouth. And when does one typically wake up? Well the most punctual of us may wake up in the early mornings - the dawn, perhaps? Indeed.... The windmills in Prince's mind never cease to amaze me.

Would he have used horns for this in 89? Idk.

Sounds like you're talking about the William Orbit dance mix that elite traders play to each other over the phone. . I'm still hoping for Josh's remix with Curly Fryz to leak
