Japanese import of W2A


I came across this listing on Amazon. It describes the product as "". Is this the version of the CD witl the concert blu-ray? I wish I would have known this was an option before I ordered the deluxe set with the vinyl and crap just to get the blu-ray.

That's the one i bought.

It was the best choice.

It was also an option from the very beginning of pre-orders.

I pre-ordered that Japanese one, imported to the UK and cost just under £60 all in at the time. That was considerably cheaper than the vinyl ‘deluxe’ version, so as to get the blu-ray. That price on Amazon looks good at less than $30.
There may or may not be something coming!

The listing just says it's a Blu ray spec cd. It doesn't mention an actual Blu-Ray included. Is the listing wrong?

Thanks for pointing that out.

Now that I've looked into it a bit more, I think this is the CD-only version. First of all, the listing says: "Number of discs: 1." Second of all, I googled "blu-spec". As it turns out, that's a premium version of an audio CD, not a video disc.

In contrast, the UK Amazon listing for the Japanese "Blu Spec" clearly states 2 discs. Also, the photo of the back cover on the UK listing shows the blu-ray is in included. It has a different ASIN number, too. So it looks like the more expensive UK listing is the real deal. Here's the UK listing if anyone is interested: https://www.amazon.co.uk/...amp;sr=8-2

Nevertheless, I went ahead and ordered from the US listing. It's a no-lose gamble. If it turns out to include the blu-ray, I got it for a great deal. If doesn't include the blu-ray, I can return it and get a full refund (Amazon asks no question). I'll report back what I receive.

If you still want the 2 disc CD + blu-ray release, I’ve just checked CDJapan still have stock that works out at $45 plus shipping cost of between $10 (airmail, no tracking) to about $20-25 (tracking with DHL or FedEx). Looks like you get a postcard with it through them.

"Blu Spec CD2" is the name of its audio quality.

It is not 2 separate cd's.
