I think it's possible that we might get one last SDE in 2024 when it's Purple Rain 40th anniversary but that's probably it. I'm not even sure if we will get any new release next year except reissues and maybe one or two singles.

seems unlikely that we won't get anymore sde releases. there is enough material,
plus the most obscure acts have been releasing remasters with extra stuff and box
sets for ages now and somehow the record companies go ahead with those so they
must make at least some money.

sure it won't be 20.000.000 profit on an sde, but does it have to be? is anybody at
any company expecting those kind of numbers these days?

there must be people on that team interested in releasing some of the music that
has been digitized and mastered by now even if it makes just a very small profit,
just so that it's out there and people can enjoy it.
