"The Goldbergs" Do Prince! By licensing "Let's Go Crazy" for a hilarious, baby-centered episode last night. For the uninitiated The Goldbers is kind of a rebooted concept of The Wonder Years, except instead of the 1960's the focus is on 80's nostalgia.

and how was the Scene? | |

Even though I typically enjoy the show, sadly the scene was choppy and pretty embarrassing. If you appreciate Tim Meadows you might like it more. | |

how hard would it have been to post a link to the episode? great memories about living with my mother she subscribes to all the channels and even watches that show.
everbody has to subscribe somehow to something to watch this stuff and it's free promotion to the tv stations.
i want to watch it.

How hard for me or the network? Because for the life of me I couldn't find it. ABC is strict on content sharing.

Well people are going to have to start recording episodes with their cell phones or tablets huh. Deep down I feel like that is what the networks are hoping people will do, just like they hoped the music industry would end up the way it did.
i can't find a good enough mad scientist gif to post here but i would if i could

On another note Prince was mentioned on another show, the FOX sitcom "Call Me Kat" starring Mayim Bialik. In it co-star Kyla Pratt's boyfriend confessed to not liking the barrage of horror movies he was being subjected to so she felt the need to confess as well. "I hate Prince! He's short, weird and his music ain't all that!" Instead of throwing my remote at the TV I just looked to a family member and surmised, "She must be a Michael Jackson fan."

oh yeah that show was funnier when it was British. i meant it when i typed that and then I watched the other clips and it started to grow on me so okay it's fine on its own. i seem to have issues with remakes even when they are spot on. That's the thing though you watched clips. It's significantly less funny than "Miranda". That show has you in stitches. In this show the sets are too big, the cast is mismatched and the comedy exist in a vacuum. Why do I watch? Habit. I was dying to see it being it's a remake of "Miranda" but it never lived up. And since Lesley Jordan died I'll probably ditch the enterprise all together. Oh and I do like Mayim.
