Originals I'm half familiar with a lot of the songs on this album because over the last month I've been listening to some of the "associated artists" stuff. The Time, Sheila E and The Family, primarily. But it's nice to finally hear Prince's original versions of these songs. And there's some songs in here I've never heard before. Which is always a bonus. Jungle Love is great, as always, but I prefer The Time's version. Other than that one, I think I prefer Prince's version of every other song that I knew. Especially Gigolos Get Lonely Too. I loved The Time's version but Prince is a better singer than Morris Day. Plus, as an additional bonus, I never knew Prince wrote Manic Monday. Or, to be more accurate, I think I may have heard about it at some point but I forgot and I was surprised to see it on this album. Based on this album I really hope they do more of these "Originals" albums. I'd love to hear his versions of more of The Time songs and The Family and whatever else. | |

WHO IS REQUESTING THAT MY ACCOUNT BE PERMANENTLY DELETED? First of all, my hair is too short for a perm. Second of all, like I said, who is not a fan of me? Third of all, I can be permanent THE BIGGER QUESTION IS, who will restore my DELETED ACCOUNT??????????
Anyway, my advice for a new fan is to read everything every which way but loose and read it a lot and read it until it sounds good to you and I also want to ask new fans out here who knows of the song:

Hey ShellyMcG,The internet is a funny place with a lot of words and suggestions.I certainly hope that nobody has suggested that nobodies or anybodies accounts be deleted. The fact remains it is a choice on prince.org and since it is a choice i wondered if account REactivation is also an option but i know how to search google so its okay either way.
