OK, so we know the Estate is not done milking 1984 - so why not suggest a few things.

1. Proper remaster of the album...not the 'paisley park remaster'. Do as good as a job as you did on the 1999 and SOTT...the latter was just blazing.

2. include a Live audio disc but maybe a complilation of songs from many shows....

3. Include all the songs you put out in 2017 but in better sound...Love and Sex is awesome but sounds so so bad. Add in another disc full of great vault songs.

4. Can you get your hands on a cleaned up copy of his AMA and Grammy performances that year b/c they are SMOKING

What else people...the Estate needs help deciding and I am losing my patience

-Extended versions of TBO, DN, PR, etc... those are the tracks that will get the attention of non-hardcore fans and will get streams.

-Live tracks from that tour aren't needed, that's what the Syracuse live show is for. Some sound checks would be nice though.

-Include the movie with deleted scenes. Pipe dream

-a one off show. Like Bogarts rehearsal show, august 14 1984 first avenue, June 7th 1984 first avenue, Bloomington holiday inn show.

-upgrades to the bonus vault tracks on the ft deluxe release and more unreleased tracks.

-

The film version of 'Father's Song' would be very welcome, also.

Whatever they include, it can't come fast enough. There's NO listenable version of this album on Spotify right now. The Paisley Park Remaster sucks for obvious reasons, and the 'regular' version of the album has the 7" edit of I Would Die 4 U wedged into it instead of the real album version. It almost keeps me up at night to think that new fans are gonna be hearing that shit for their first time...

If they really insist on including anything live in a hypothetical PR:SDE, I really hope it's the First Avenue show where the title track was recorded, and not a re-re-remaster of Syracuse or some shit like that

I would remove anything that had nothing to do with the film first of all. The next anniversary they need to go all out and fully focus on the movie and things from that period of recording, one thing is you have to release the pre concert at first avenue, clean it up as best you can but it deserves to be out, blu ray not sure if you want to do a vinyl cd copy of it too. Second get real with the film, get all the associated artists that were in it, on a proper soundtrack, even if you do PR the way it is, you have to get the associated stuff on there, you just have to at this point, and maybe let that be a doorway to associated artists stuff coming out someway. I like the idea of his award show appearances also on this too. Since vinyl is big now, work this into a good box set deluxe. I don't see this as milking it, because artists always do this there are bands like Black Sabbath that have four or five remasters of the same albums everytime a new anniversary pops up.

We did see one or two from members of The Revolution posting them on social media over time, why not include things like that.

Give us a feel and view of the whole 1983-1985 era concernning the creation and 98 show tour of PR.
