The Lewis Collection LP (CDR)

Hypothetically speaking of course, if I were to run across this, what is it and what is it worth?

How much do CDRs go for nowadays? 25 cents?

That's what I'm saying. And who is this Lewis person?

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Hypothetically speaking, you could run across a Lewis or not, and never even know whomst they truly are or what their worth is.

The Lewis Connection?
I believe prince was on a track.
Dont think I've heard it.

I wasnt a fan of the Minneapolis East recordings.
I had digital copies but deleted them.

A CDR value?
A bootlegged copy with printed cd, covers etc? On Ebay they can cost a lot of money. Of course that's a scam as bootlegs are worthless.

A dollar? Idk
Cant believe my purple psychedelic pimp slap pimp2

And I descend from grace, In arms of undertow
I will take my place, In the great below

laytonian

I see the eBay listings. Too many disclaimers, weird listing looks like the old prohibited image that could be changed by uploading a new source image without revising the auction (even after).

Too slick but cheap enough.
So OP, are you thinking of buying....or are you the seller advertising it here?

Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

.
If you mean "The Lewis Conection", this was officially rereleased on cd some years ago in Japan, and you can still buy a copy for a resonable price at Amazon...

Raevene

It's getting a vinyl reissue in August: https://www.roughtrade.co...connection

Also, it's available officially on Bandcamp so don't pay over the odds for a pirate copy from eBay

If you mean Lewis Conection then the original '79 vinyl goes for a pretty hefty amount, some years ago a sealed one was sold for $1200.
There was a reissue on vinyl and CD from one of the original vinyls so that one goes for the standard price for a CD or vinyl release.
A CDR of it is worth about 10 cents and that's just for the plastic it's burned on.

A CDR will cost you less than $1.

I sold my original LP 10 years ago for $1000. I bet it's worth more now.
