It's also tagged in Chicago, which means it's likely an exhibit in the Chi for a while. Could be the start of similar things in other cities. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

the only thing in the prince universe that comes around as often as "make your 1 disc emancipation" is the news that something big is coming soon.

I'm imaging Prince music playing with projections all over the walls and a $40 cover charge.

You are already my hero. I will build a 12 foot statue of you and put it up on the corner of a street in Brussels with some Prince title in it's name. We have enough of 'm. Honestly. I've seen this kind of 'experiences' or 'interactive exhibition' as it is called, a few times on art-artists like Vincent Van Gogh, Kandinsky and Frida Kahlo... It's not even worth it tbh. It's expensive, and basically just a bunch of differentvideo projections with multiple sounds in a 'room'. Sure, many people might like this kind of (fake) approach of art or artists. You can see Prince's studio replica they say, where you can push a button or two, but it's never the real thing. I'm the type of guy who likes the real stuff, not the impersonated stuff, or the copied stuff, or the relica stuff. Immersive experiences basically are forgetable to me. It'll be expensive, and you just leave sort of a disnification movie of your favorite artist with no narative. Hope those who are willing to go will like it and are happy. Then they can proof me dead wrong.

Pressumably, it will be similar to the My Name Is Prince - The Official Exhibition. And I like that Roy Bennett is involved. [Edited 3/23/22 18:03pm]

Will we be allowed to try on his shoes?

Shoes? You have a 5.5 or 6 ? Prince wore women's size shoes. He barely wore underwear, shame, cause that's what I wanted to try on...

From memory, Mayte mentioned his shoe size in her book.

True. So true. Just let a man have the right to enjoy his little hysterical wish, it's personally slightly nasty and peaceful.
