When Doves Cry Apple Music different version?? I just was listening to Purple Rain Deluxe on Apple Music .After Darling Nikki,I expected to here the When Doves Cry guitar intro and it started near the end of it. Song sounds different too? |

Could be. Only the last 1/2 second of opening guitar is playing then goes into the song. Voices in background,drums and keyboards seems to more of the focus. I searched some on here and seems to be the Atmos mix of the song but it never sounded this different to me |

I wonder if the system is applying a heavy EQ or filter/compression hybrid? That doesn't explain the edits. Could it have something to do with a mixing feature, where it's trying to jump to the meat of the song? | |
