I kinda think they blew their wad on Originals (June 7, 2019) already including the biggest hits for others such as Sheila E, The Bangles, and Sinead O'Connor.

Dope!!! I don't think Stand Back exists.. she just openly acknowledged that he played synth on it and she wrote with "Little Red Corvette" in her head. Big Stevie Nicks fan here. That would absolutely blow my mind though.

She said he gave her the inst of "Purple Rain" to write to. Even that would be interesting to hear since it did not arrive with the expanded Purple Rain album.

Seems we can still fill it with The Time, Vanity 6, Apollonia 6, and possibly The Family(?) since they aren't expanding their individual albums in this manner.

I actually wouldn't mind hearing the Apollonia lead demo of "Manic Monday" though we got the solo Prince version on 2019's Originals.

since they omitted stuff like "yo mister" from the SOTT SDE, it's probably reasonable to request them to do a box set of all the 'occasional' songs he wrote for others. just round all those songs up and put them on one set, including those that were already released on ORIGINALS 1, just to have a nice and complete document.

all the songs he did for proteges should be released with those albums, remastered and expanded.

No, the one released on the PR deluxe was a different version(one that I didn't really need) it felt like the Prince studio version of Electric Intercourse

I wouldn't want an Originals 2 because it would delay the release of something else. However, if they are going to do it, I would want "Nasty Girl". I want to hear Prince saying how he wants seven inches or more.
