Before the "performance" he was synth fried punk funk and roll..then after that he introduced the JB revue style. He stopped after SOTT though. Sure a sober person could have made the same mistake BUT when he was leaving the stage he seemed so out of it, like he was trying to keep his balance. Had he been sober he wouldn't have needed that extra support and he might have thought twice about putting his body weight on a stage prop.
Even if it happened to a sober person, it's still embarrasing as all hell. The fact that he had already made such a bad impression & was high only made it that much more clumsy... awright ya'll--just got a hold of this chit today in the mail... ...watched it... ...watched mr. brown, mr. jackson and mr. nelson... ...i have come 2 the conclusion... ...that yes, ol' boy wuz a bit off that night. imo, that shit had nothin 2 do with drugs. the cat wuz nervous as phuc, tho'. wouldn't u be a bit butterfly-ish if u were kickin it with the godfather of soul? (say 'no' and i swear 2 gawd i'ma slap the cyber-shit outta ya!) that's my and i'm keepin th' shit. thankyewthankyew.
