The auction house didn't want to go hunt down a "petite male" mannequin. They also might think it makes it more marketable to the rich eccentric that might buy auction fashion for reasons other than displaying it.

Looks like Susannah has some items in the auction also......

I've looked through the auction items and a lot are from Mayte.

I'm in two minds about this as from reading the letters of authenticity they were in her possesion for whatever reason and she has every right to sell but the particular ring below made me feel quite sad.

Most people have items that belonged to loved family members and I think this at least could've/should've been gifted to Tyka from Mayte.

Some other items could've been returned to Paisley Park. A good profit would still be made even if there were only half of what's listed in the auction.

Female mannequins fit the clothing.

Based on Mayte's statement about the source of (some/the) items being FROM STORAGE AT OUR GALPIN HOME, it's obvious he didn't burn everything.
