60 minutes and CBS early morning news are worthy places to start getting some exposure of this release. Given that it is a release of a mostly unheard of album, it needs more publicity than the release of the deluxe classics to catch the attention of non-orgers. I hjave no qualms about the clip that was posted in this thread. Not scummy at all and some good publicity for Paisley Park. What is not to like?

It might be the only release (and the RSD 'The Truth' one) we'll see this year... from what the interviewer made clear. Hope he and I are wrong.

And no word on the D&P SDE, after asking what's in the running after this one in 2021.

He clearly said one release a year.

They (The Estate and all involved) sure must be well aware that it's really impossible to release most of the (unreleased) vault stuff at a current speed, right?

So basically this is absolutely not profitable at all I think. (Tell me if i'm wrong)

Considdering that, could it be they are preparing something bigger for those who are ready to pay for downloads?

The analog stuff (I'm aware of the bad shape most was in) should've been prepared and ready by now, certainly after +5 years.

Sure I'm aware of a lot of complications concerning rights and legal stuff and siblings and all.

It all just seems so unnecessary absurd and unclear. No transparancy whatsoever.

Why keeping mentioning in interviews there are tons and tons of unreleased music plus all the lame boring tired same old mysteries around it, constantly.

It all is so tiresome after all these decades, years.
