Does anyone else have any issue with the picture freezing for a split second every 10-15 seconds, or is it just me? Happens all the way through the concert

No. But my vinyls in the SDE skip.
All other vinyls are OK and the turntable had only been used twice before.

Try cleaning the disc? You can also get a laser cleaner disc to run through your player, though it would happen with other discs if it was the player. Try it on another player if you can. When Netflix was DVD by mail, I found that there were a lot of bad disc player combos.

How much did that cost a month?

Streaming technology wasn't fully there yet, we still had video stores.

I think it was like $13-$20, and they would let you have upwards of 3 discs at a time. They had mail centers with people stuffing and unstuffing discs and these smartly design red envelopes you would re-use. There are still plans that include discs.

Yep - I had the Netflix DVD-by-mail subscription too in the early 2000s. The envelopes were great, and the new discs came really quickly.
