Back in May, while on lockdown, I recorded a five song EP tribute to Prince and put it up on Soundcloud. My covers aren't note-for-note copies but, instead, I approached it as if it were a living room jam session. I'm not the best singer or the best guitarist but I had a ball doing it! thats nt a clicking drum sound,it's a click track and it's very annying,i don't know why he left it on recording

Nope, no click tracks used. All the percussion on these recordings were either a cowbell, congas, a wood block or, in the case of "Delirious", a wooden stool. Thank you for listening!!

Today I actually was working out Prince's solo on "The Everlasting Now" from the One Nite Alone comp, a fun little jam. I think my favorite ones to play overall are his live solos on Erotic City from the '84 Birthday Show and the Instrumental Jam solo from the Small Club '88 intro tune

I'm a drummer, so there are a lot of them that I can absolutely play. But on so many of his songs the drums are just rooted right in the pocket. Other instruments are way more difficult on their respective instruments. [Edited 12/18/20 6:40am]

How Funky are you?

At one point I was able to play Adore, I Love U But I Don't Trust you Anymore, Raspberry Beret, The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker and How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore on the piano. Unfortunately I stopped practising and now don't remember how to play them anymore...
