The picture you're talking about was from earlier in 2016. It wasn't from April 16, 2016. The guy who took it didn't post it until after Prince passed, but said that it was from an earlier visit to Electric Fetus.

This photo is from 2013 and the woman is his then assistant Julia Ramadan. . The woman photographed with him in Electic Fetus in Feb 2016 is the singer Ana Moura
