Has anyone heard Dear Uncle George and/or Let’s Rock???

The precursors to Private Joy and Let’s Work, respectively...

Very curious about these two early tunes!!!

These have been going around some trader circles for decades.
There was a rumor in the 2000's that these were among a heap of tracks that were going to be offered to bootleggers.

Yeah I remember that rumor Joris.

Amongst so many others from back in the day.

And the promisses etc...

Still it never made the boots.

It will hopefully see the light one day.

As long as we lolder fans are able to keep things up.

If we're still alive.

There are still rumors of a lot of outtakes in the hands of bootleggers just not enough to milk them without the ususal rehash.
And given the latest boot release and the embarrassing amount that one sold that the bootlegger didn;t even break even and lost money these tracks will be kept I think untill there's enough to press a completely new set with maybe a couple of rehashed songs to make a decent profit.

Yeah. I know all ab out that.

Can't they just focus on releasing boots from other lesser teen-artists, making slutty money out of it? So they can provide us with the missing tracks after all these years of making unpermitted money on Prince's behalf? wink)))

Bunch of incompetent bootleggers. smile

They have no idea how much money I spend over the past decades on bootlegs.

How rude and unrespectful. wink)))

They should for ever be punished by only listening to 'With This Tear' by Celine Dion! Mèh! wink)))
