Haha I never played the first opus, but the 2 and 3 ad nauseam. . The first Tekken was released on arcad in December of 1994, then on PlayStation inn march 1995. Come was released in August of 1994. The gap between the two seems short, but Loose came first, |

Really now? Wouldja? https://www.youtube.com/w...x3LccRvidg - The Tekken song is clearly deeply inspired by Loose and the artist himself admits it... But it is a completely new composition that was rendered with unique synths and unique notes. Again, the game track is clearly inspired by Loose, but if enough notes are changed there's nothing that can be done unless you can prove the sales of the game were a result of your 1 BGM track. Loose was in the Beautiful Experience TV special that first aired April 1994, so a little longer for it to be out there and heard. | |

Yes but later than that I think - April was in the UK. Maybe the composer of Tekken's soundtrack was a fan and had it on bootleg tape? . Or maybe they both have a common influence that we haven't come across in the thread yet. | |
