Latest drama is with Comerica and Sharon with the IRS. Appearantly she contacted the IRS about the Estate tax situation and that created some drama. The court document is heavily redacted. Sharon claims she just wanted to know the timing and process and the IRS agent would not discuss details of the Estate. I am not sure what Comerica is saying since it is redacted.

Would the Sharon call be cheaper for the Estate than a Comerica call to the IRS?

There are rumors that sis, Sharon is talking to Primary Wave.

Personally, I feel most comfortable with Comerica in the driver's seat.

Probably knows there isn't going to be a pay day from the Estate anytime soon.

Yep, that's what I thought, too.

Prince should have left this whole mess in better shape knowing what he knew about these folks, not just family. I've decided I can't care more than he did.

I was referring to taking better care of his catalogue/music. I understand not wanting a Will, but now his music will likely be managed by Primary Wave. That can't be the best outcome.

The latest filings indicate that there are talks with Primary Wave as the word "transition" was used and Sharon notified the court on behalf of the heirs. I am inclined to believe it is not just Sharon selling her portion as she mentions some heirs are in their late 70's and 80's.

The only heirs left are SNJ, (who hasn't already sold) so the bulk of the Estate will be owned by PW.

I thought he did, but I don't know for sure.

I think Omarr sold his share. Sharon holds Power of Atty over John.

Essentially, Sharon and Norrine are the 2 who are left and seem to be talking to PW.

So, eventually the entire estate will be controlled by Primary Wave! I don't believe any of the heirs care about Prince let alone his legacy, etc., and that's clear with the money grab, and I do not understand how they can sell something they don't have.

No wonder Prince kept them at arms length!...Fuckin vultures!!!

It would be very difficult for his siblings to manage his Estate as it is so large and complicated, but they could have hired reputable people to guide them, IMO.

However, Prince must have known his sibs would be the heirs and was familiar with their traits. I just wish he had protected his music/publishing beforehand. There must be a way of doing that.
