Isn't it weird that we have very few footage (or even pictures) of Prince at work in the studio?

Even lateron in his life, when mobile phones were all around.

Was it forbidden ? Did any of the 3rdEyeGirl members ever talked about it ?

How weird is it, for a guy who spend like half of his life in a studio.

I came to think of that after seeing him doing rehearsals in the early years in the post ''Nothing Compares 2 U video''.

I know there's some video but they were made for small documentaries and the only pictures known when he started recording, and one short clip where he plays the drums.

Anyone more on this ?

He would likely be horrified to know what we have seen since his death, though it has actually deepened my appreciation of him. I particularly love the amount of shows on YT; the Montreux shows, Musicology and others. Wow, what a prolific talent.
