Eavis: Prince to play Glastonbury 2004 Taken from Q4music.com:
With just over two months to go before Glastonbury 2003 kicks off, Michael Eavis has promised Q that the weather will be good. Well, kind of. "Most people are saying it'll be dry," he says. "The oak is out before the ash - oak before ash signifies only a splash. That's what they say. Ash before oak and you're in for soak. Do I believe all that? I think I do! Oak is out before the ash - that's promising." In fact, the nation's favourite farmer is so chuffed about the way things are shaping up, he's got an eye one the bill for next year's show: "We didn't get Prince this year but he's promised us next year." | |

Well a promise from Prince isn't that much... "How embarrasing to be human!"
