10 years later: Completely updated list of Chronological Prince Recordings

Following the publication of my Prince Vs. Warners - The Fans Lost blog a couple of years ago, I got several requests to also publish my list of Chronological Prince Recordings as a supplememt. (It was originally published on Prince.org 10 April 2009). Well, here it finally is! biggrin Enjoy! https://chronologicalprin...gspot.com/

Where would the version of Wouldn’t U Love to Love Me? that was released on Originals be? I noticed that the list goes from version 3, the 1978-1979 Home Recording (the one that’s been circulating for a long time), to version 4, the Vanity 6 25 March – 9 April 1982 Sunset Sound recording.

Just a quick observation, awesome contribution the work put into this is appreciated!

The Originals version is listed under the Frankenstein Mixes- Work Done To Prince's Recordings After His Death part of the chronological list. (Check the menu on the right). It is an edit of #4. smile And thanks. biggrin

A little while ago someone tried to scam me by sending a snippet of The Grand Progression "with drums". It had a linn drum overdubbed on the bootleg version... In spite of the fact that its documented that Michael B did actual drums. lol
