Anyone else get that bad feeling the night before Prince passed?

I know some of you will think I am crazy but did anyone else hear get a bad or weird feeling the night before Prince passed?
Technically I am talking about April 21 exactly because it was around 1 am when I felt it.I was listening to the 2 Vanity solo albums at the time for the first time ever and then later on that day...well you know what happened.
Maybe I am nuts but am just wondering if anyone felt something similar?

Nothing nuts about having random bad feelings and anxiety that you can’t quite place.

Inevitably, they’ll occasionally coincide with something bad happening. The rest that don’t, are forgotten! We remember the hits and forget the misses. It’s human nature.

No, but remember feeling a bit worried when he posted that picture on the 3rd eye girl Twitter page, of the tear running down the face.
We're here, might as well get into it.

That makes sense to me.It was a very weird feeling that I couldn't explain.Nothing was wrong that I knew of at the time but anyway.I am glad to finally get this out of my system

The first day I listened to the two Vanity solo albums I was hit by a car. You'd think we'd learn something from all this

Not what you're saying, no.

But that situation with the emergency airplane landing with Prince getting Narcan to be revived obviously had me worried.

For some reason I didn't pay much attention to the airplane incident.I just overlooked it because I thought prince was invincible.

I was doing a play at the time that was a colossal shitshow behind the scenes, so I had bad feelings firing on all levels. (Our last day of rehearsal before tech started was the day Prince died - and we seriously considered pushing back opening night because we'd had to replace a cast member.)

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

i had a bad feeling ever since that urgent plane landing ,i knew something was off.

But i remember reading rumours about Prince abusing pain killers in 2005.

I just hope things with pain killrs dont get out of control.that was my thoughts since 2005

Yes. When that plane landed in Moline and they tried to pass it off as the flu...... I got a really bad feeling that something was not good. That stayed with me till the 21st. I had an awful feeling and felt like there was a dark cloud. Then he passed sad

I think many of us had that worried feeling about him after the plane incident, and yes, I had a bad feeling when the news started reporting that there was something going on at Paisley Park, where someone was in trouble, and an ambulance was there or 911 had been called, or something like that. I just tried to convince myself that it wasn't Prince, but I think deep down I knew that it was him that something had happened to. Horrible day for all Prince fans.

I was chillin' the night before, actually having a blast at home listening to another 80s band on the home stereo. I was hoping that Prince would stage a Piano and Microphone show in a city near me. Hearing about his illnesses was concerning, though. As far as any misgivings about what was up--well, rumors have swelled around the man since he became known to the entertainment world. Every other feeling I've got besides the shock and sadness from his passing arises from the afterthoughts.

The night B4? No, but I had a conversation with a friend who called me about 3 days before his original concert scheduled 4 Atlanta, he ask me is I was going. I always go 2 see Prince but 4 some strange reason, the following came out of my mouth: "of course I'm going, this will be my last time seeing him live".......sad

The crazy part is, that concert was cancelled and when it was rescheduled I did not go. I never saw Prince again. sad

The night of the plane incident I was showing my sister Purple Rain for the first time. (Literally as the man is fighting for his life)

Next morning the news broke that he had the flu and I was shocked.

What is most unsettling was that Spotify posted a purple banner with the lyrics "Sometimes it Snows In April" BEFORE he passed away. It was discussed on here I believe because some thought it'd might be some Parade tie in.

This coupled with his cryptic tweets...

Prince did die from an overdose. But there still remains for me an eerie premeditated feeling to the whole situation. Be it on his part or someone else's..

I was trying to feel reassured after the plane incident - he had his dance party - OK - pics of him biking - OK - I woke up at 3 in the morning (I'm in Australia) and tried to check the org but it was down - went on BBC website and it was breaking news. For about a fortnight it felt like I was living in my own nightmare.

What else was going on news wise the day before? It did feel dark already, but I can't say there was a preminition about Prince, just that it felt like a shifting event was near.

I had a weird feeling from the Oakland and SF shows. They were spread too far apart to make sense, and little things like him riding the bicycle on stage that were just charming details didn't sit well. He sounded great, but I sort of knew.

The news he was writing his memoir, letting someone else produce an album and the fact seemed to age a lot in a few months made me suspect something was up. The plane issue just added to that unsettled feeling.

The night before I was thinking about the recent passing of WWE star Chyna, and how her last YouTube video was very strange.

no, but strangely, when the Dutch Carré Shows got cancelled.

I was riding on my bike thinking, that I would never see him live again.

That feeling became reality some months later sad

I'm shocked so many of you have quite specific memories of what you were thinking the day before something momentous happened. That isn't usually how the brain works.
