Well well well, who would've thought...

that Dr. Fink arrived with the palsma/crystal ball from an art gallery.

And I really love that funky eclectic kind of underworld the stage tha was created by Roy Bennett.

Mr. Bennett is such a great and creative guy.

I've seen several shows of the SOTT tour in Europe, from several angels.

It was thé highlight of my youth.

I even remember the SOTT movie later on arriving in theaters, people were dancing !

Snoozefest but I guess had to be covered.

Still pisses me off that Europe got the best of Prince during 87 and 88.

Can't wait for the last episode.

Eric and Matt Blistan, I do hope we get great stories of both of them on Miles Davis.

I Hope it ends in an apotheosis.

These podcasts are absolutely great !

-

And, so, no Sheila or Miko.

Such a pitty.

One would think at their age right now, all should be forgiven,

and just get this legacy to move on.

Fun but very surface level.

These podcasts are enjoyable but really just adverts.
They're not music journalism.

Ha!

Let me make you jealous ;

(Happiest moments in my young life.)

1st concert was Parade tour in Brussels, then 4 SOTT tour shows and 4 Lovesexy tour shows over EU.

The Nude tour was a turning point for me.

Went to see 5 shows though.

But was less convinced.

And so on.

Wow. I never really thought about the whole scope of what we (USA) missed compared to Europe. Anyway, I was only 14-16 years old in 1986-88 and lived in a small town, so my ability to see concerts was pretty limited at the time. Plus, Africa completely missed out, and Asia, Australia, and the rest of the Americas got something in between US and Europe overall for his career.

The vignettes with Cat and Wally being the bartender, etc. I think it was meant to mean.... Something?

Interesting as previous Poadcats.

I noticed that Alan Leeds has a hoarse voice just like if he was sick.

No news yet from Sheila or Miko?

I really liked the comments from the fans who were there. I didn’t realize he had canceled shows to stay in the region.

Would have liked to have heard the reasoning/reaction by some of the WB folks to If I Was Your Girlfriend as a 2nd single and no real videos until U Got the Look.
