To understand the extent of what you are paying for in this 150€ deluxe set :
the 3 CD version cost 20€.

That makes 130€ for the 5 CDs+1 VHS left.
If it was released separately, one can't imagine the 2 live CDs costing more than 20€.
Maybe 25€ a live-set. with the 2CDs+1 dvd.
That makes 105 e for the 3 vault CDs remaining.

So the book account itself for no less than 55 € ! That's delirious, especially when you know they weren't able to print neither the lyrics nor the original cover in it.
