It's not live on Zillow yet, but here it is on Zillow. Says the home was built in 1985.

Once it goes live, if it does, there should be interior photos.

There are interior photos on RedFin. It's very 80s, but sorta cool. A sunken living room and den, big kitchen, nice bathrooms. Deck out back.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Love the layout.

Wonder if anyone has lived there since his mother and step father, passed?

That house is a clown car in modular trailer form. How did they fit all those rooms in there?

It needs to be gutted unless you're going to film a tv series that takes place in the 80's there. That kitchen with the bar stools would have been hot stuff in the day. Prince definitely had a specific taste or hired a designer who did, with those commercial industrial railings and all that. Jokes aside, I bet she had a happy life there. Cool to see it.

I may be aging myself because the feature is very of-the-time, but I adore those sunken living rooms (in that particular style, not just a step down) and wish they were more prevalent today.

Sunken living rooms will always be in style, but yeah that carpetted fire pit look is something else.

Yeah I even dig the circular ones (which kinda reminds me of the 70s). Any kind of gig like that is real cool to me and now I just sound old getting excited about this shit.

I'd buy that house. I don't even have a "but" - covid has taught us we don't need the outside world when we have UberEats and Amazon, lol.

laytonian

Did anyone notice the "pyramid" look to the downstairs fireplace looks like the jagged openings going into the elevator area at Paisley (which have now been disguised)?

IF the carpet was removed, good hardwood put in AND some great mid-century furniture added, that place would be fantastic.
Redo both kitchens, and there you are. It's got good bones.

Some of us are wondering why the property taxes are almost $10,000/year when similar, nearby homes' taxes are half that.

I like it...just needs some cosmetic work, wallpaper removal, paint, new carpets/refinish hardwoods.

The lot is very big but it's on a busy road.
