SOTT - The "Peace Sign Box" and graphics

.
For those who've received their SDE sets already: who is credited with the artwork?
I really love the roughly-drawn Peace Sign.

Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

It's the original 'Prince Sign O' the Times' logo text blown up (enlarged). I guess an art director at WB back in 1986/87 came up with it. I'd be interested to know who did it as well (was it a font or hand rendered?). It's a nice graphic element to utilize - not sure other albums have similar usable elements(?) for future SDEs.

ATWIAD has the great cover art to zoom in on (like they did with the single releases at the time), and also the great typography for the individual songs (actually similar to PR).

Parade has the stylish b/w photgraphy/design, and montage elements.

Lovesexy also uses symbols and interesting lettering (mainly on the live tour/clothing etc).

the first 2 albums don't immediately bring to mind any strong symbol/font elements, but maybe they will go with mainly photography for those SDEs.

Dirtymind has the spraycan lettering.

Controvery has the newpaper headlines.

Batman has the whole coloured bat-symbol thing going for it.

GB has that strange swirly font used on the album cover and singles.

D&P has the slick font and Hologram cover, also plenty of strings of pearls.

Love Symbol has the Symbol logo obviously and that faux Egyptian font.

Come has the haubnting B/W photgraphy.

GExp has the awful wobble lettering and GOLD lots of glittering gold!
