Very revealing details of how Susan and Dr. Fink ended up getting fired. I either dont recall those stories or never heard them.

I had read previously about Susan Rogers' quitting/firing due to being out on a date when Prince wanted to reach her. BUT, let's not forget the night that Prince had his ecstasy experience. He was calling people and being very loving...including Rogers, who he summoned back to Paisley. When she got there, he asked "Do you still love me?" "Yes", she said. "Will you stay?" he asked. "No", she said. She was done and she knew he was tripping a bit.

Matt Fink's story, however, about signing a contract with K-Tel might have an interesting side note. Who else was working at K-Tel around that time? Owen Husney. Since Prince wasn't happy when people left HIM, this could have been a double blow....IF the dates match up?
