Mine arrived at the Prime facility near me at 7am and is out for delivery now. I got lucky as this is the first time in quite a while that release day is met with a delivery for me.

SDE vinyl ordered from Amazonon 6/25/20 will arrive on Monday already shipped.

Peach vinyl ordered from Amazonon 6/26/20 currently says it will arrive between Oct 14-19. Previously said Oct 21-26.

Just got back from my local "wrecka stow" with the Super CD Deluxe. Bought the last copy..(whew!!)...They were CRANKING "Housequake" when I walked in, so I knew things were cool. The booklet is amazing!...I got scared for a second because I only counted 7 CD's when I opened it...but one was tucked behind the other. biggrin .I like how the "heart" sticker is similar to the LP sticker (from back in the day)...Can't wait to dig into this..Bring on the "Parade" Super Deluxe for 2021!

Mine arrives Wednesday. Although, that's the initial time frame. It usually shortens up closer to the day. I'm thinking maybe Tuesday.

Shipping shouldn't be affected; the labels print out automatically, they're stuck onto the pre-packed box and picked up by the shipper. COVID hasn't affected Amazon, a much bigger operation than Music Today (the estate's contractor).

It's my experience with Prince orders via Amazon that earliest orders ship last. There's no sense in pre-ordering ANYTHING anymore.

Can you not understand that Amazon provides some people with their orders on day of release yet not other people? With no rhyme or reason. Get over it.

Mine arrived today from Amazon UK. I ordered it in June.

I was surprised at the size of the package (fnar!). I ordered the CD SDE and thought it would be a similar size to the 1999 set with the book being resized to a cd size. Instead, it's a full vinyl sized box set that comes in a cardboard box with a cool peace symbol printed on it.

The book is gorgeous and the inclusion of the handwritten notes are great. The photos are amamzing, it is like a combination of the best books released over the last few years - the photographers, Prince's autobiography.

The 1999 SDE must have hit sales expectations for Warners to go all out on this one, and I hope this sells enough at this premium point that we get several more.

Haven't listened to anything yet, but already pleased with the purchase.

Checked the Amazon page again and it was 'handed to resident' which is their way of saying left on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell.

The SDE looks absolutely fantastic. biggrin
