princes funkiest rhythm guitar moments For me it's the intro on the video mixes of raspberry beret and u got the look
Each one SLAYS Sometimes I have those in my head on loop At times, live, I think he could overdo the auto-funk rhythm guitar (thinking of the 92 tour) But on head on the 86 tour, he, or wendy, come up with some very, very tasty licks. I think musicology as a song straight up sucks (lyrically more than musically), but live, he came up with some very funky riffs You? [Edited 11/4/20 8:14am] |

This list should be endless as there are sooo many throughout his career!!  A supreme, innovative funk rhythm guitarist!! Better than his lead playing imo, which was also very good. For less obvious examples checkout his rhythm playing all over The Rainbow 🌈 Children!! |
