Others Here With Us was tailor made for Parade. It was placed just before Life Can Be So Nice in one of the configurations before Clare Fischer was asked to add strings to the LP.

I don't either, but it was on an early config. I sorta get how "All My Dreams" could be a great ending song like "Mountains" in the movie. But OHWU is just ...weird. Maybe without a movie attached, Parade would've been something quite different.

TBH, and I know it's gonna sound very silly, I'm not sure whether I'm allowed to and I don't wanna piss anyone.

I mentioned VKC being on it because others have done it here before so it's no secret, but I'm not aware of anyone posting the tracklist. There's nothing extraordinary about it thought, it's just a work in progress tracklist, very similar to, and probably made very soon after the one from May 1st.

Probably as much as Love & Sex had to do with Purple Rain despite it being on at least one handwritten configuration: not much. It wasn't that uncommon for him to put placeholder songs in a given tracklist until he had something more appropriate recorded. Kinda how I don't buy that Sexual Suicide was ever actually a contender for an album closing track. It's more him feeling out an album's vibe by putting close approximations in place to see if it flows.

It would have been better placed on Sign O' The Times album.

Since the casual market is slowed down because of covid-it makes more sense to release a super deluxe and maximize potential monetary gains by doing Super Deluxes both SOTT and Parade present a lot of bootlegged songs. So, they make the best choices for a Superdeluxe versions. I predicted SOTT for this year before the official announcement. I predict Parade for next year. After that would probably be Dirty Mind or ATWIAD followed by Lovesexy. (Although some would only be deluxes not enough material for a superdeluxe? I don't thik there is much Lovesexy left overs.

Of all the 'known' bootlegs, 'Heaven' is the one I thing that would most benefit from an official release. Its a classic in the making.
