I pre-ordered mine from the Prince official website. They're shipping the LP sets out on the 23rd. Also paid for express shipping so I'll be getting mine on the 25th signed sealed delivered. Amazon would've been cheaper but I'd have to wait until the 28th probably to get it.

Yup. Amazon confirmed my copies of the set will be delivered on the 29th. And I pre-ordered literally the day of the announcement. Like minutes after the announcement...just as it became available to pre-order. It sucks, because I was hoping to have the weekend to go through the book, listen to the vinyl, and watch the DVD. But I guess the solace is that it will be available to stream on the 25th, so at least I'll get the hear it on time...

For what it’s worth, my CD copy from deepdiscount has shipped. It has to get to Australia so I won’t see it this week – but sooner than I thought, perhaps.

It could have been sent out this early because it was an international order but if I was state-side and they shipped it today, I imagine it’d arrive on or before Friday.

If I had to guess, I would guess that they sold out of available stock.

Also if somebody is feeling adventurous, a number of the album and b-side tracks are showing as available to purchase on Amazon MP3.

I just checked the U.S. amazon and the CD box set is still available for pre order. Im not expecting it on th 25th though. Most of the CDs I have ordered thru Amazon over the past few months either took several days to ship or have had delayed ship dates. I recently pre ordered new releases from Ledisi and Betty Lavette just to have amazon send me a notice that they could not give me a ship date. Ended up ordering both titles from Target and got them within 3 days.

Damnit. Estate must’ve really cracked down on what caused the 1999 SDE leak.

This is a disgrace. Leaks are apart of the experience for me. When shit leaks, I don’t even listen to all of it, i just listen a bit to hold weakness until the actual album drops.

The Prince Bootleg Illuminati really let us down with this one smh

That is what I am planning on doing. Amazon currently has the delivery estimate for me for early October, oh well I suppose I have a Spotify subscription for a reason
