I see you are succeeding at that . Because I happen to appreciate a song that apparently don’t care for? I’ve been informed that my opinion is worth less than those expressed by others here.

Dangerous is MJ's best and most cohesive album (and it sounds amazing, still fresh today. The first album I heard that really exploited the CD)

I am personally nostalgic for 1991. Painfully so, at times. And Diamonds and Pearls does take me back to those happier, more carefree days. . That said, it wasn’t a great album then and time had been generally unkind to it. . Except for “Jughead,” really. . But it was interesting in 1991 to suddenly see everyone become a Prince fan again, all because of the weakest album of his career up to that point. I’ve been informed that my opinion is worth less than those expressed by others here.

Dangerous is "cohesive" because several of the songs are retreading other songs on the album. "She Drives Me Wild"/"Can't Let Her Get Away" could be the same song. "Keep The Faith"/"Will You Be There", "Give In To Me"/"Who Is It", "Jam"/"Dangerous".

I remember when Diamonds and pearls was released I was happy that it has a real band sound and it sounded more organic than Batman. After the Batman album this was something new and fresh which I appreciated.
The album has some strong songs. And also some songs which I do not care for or sound dated now. I still listen to and really like:
6 good songs, so it in the end it is a 3.5/5 album for me. Not an album I listen to as a whole.
