I just checked and the Eurythmics video compilation from 1991 was 95 minutes. A few videos were missing so it wasn't comprehensive, but clearly there was no rule saying music videos compilation had to be 60 minutes. WB was being cheap on us.

Of course there were no "rules", but it was usual at the time. You will always find exceptions. But who cared about Eurythmics in 1991 ? eek
