Yes, we have a P version of Funky Design but it doesn't have the 'blow your mind, everybody's trippin on the funky design' chorus, like Sonnys.'

That version of Love... with Prince on vocals, is one of my most desired outtakes.

There's no such word.

It just takes a mission, strategy, a plan, and no such things aare known from WB/Estate/etc.

Every release is a one off project. It shows.

Can we expect and accept that from 'professionals'?

Exodus is crazy good and delivered on The Funk Bible promise of the Black Album. My funk loving friends adore it. The worst track is Cherry Cherry and even that's not too bad so the disc even has some consistency for a change. I'd lose the segues and have a copy of the CD I play that has them removed. Exodus has some of the heaviest funk Prince has ever laid down IMO and contains several of my favorite songs of his.

But hoping for a deluxe edition is..yeah...never gonna happen. It's too buried in his lexicon and most people, aside from the hardocre fans, even know about it or are aware it exists. Similar to the Undertaker, The Truth and ONA Piano really, where his best funk album, his best acoustic album, his best piano album and best rock album are reduced to being hard to find and under publicized rarites. For some reason.

Best we could realy hope for is maybe the estate includes it in a deluxe edition of Emacipation or Gold.
