Prince and The Revolution Paris New Morning 1986 aftershow What is your opinion on 1 of the first if not the first ever aftershow by Prince and his band at the time The Revolution?He played for me the best version of Hendrix Red House Blues that is much superior than any latter version of the song.Also he did Honest Man ,Last Heart ,LOVE OR Money and other rare jams.His father also joins the band.i heard this aftershow in high quality and low quality sound.so look for a good quality recording | |

I didn't attend as at the time, the information (about an aftershow) didn't spread so quickly as of today. I had my ticket already for the next day show on Monday August 25th: one of the best moment of my life!!!
I didn't know that a high quality sond was circulating. Great show anyway and I agree regarding the songs played: awesome! "Money won't buy U happiness but it'll pay 4 the search." |

I had this show years ago in awful sound quality.
Was a better source made available recently?

Same here! superlative show, but the quality of the recording I have is frankly awful. I just wish that a recording of any of the other Parade aftershows from the European tour would emerge | |

I never attended an aftershow (I mean at The New Morning) but went for another concert at this venue. Very small place and I think that people could really enjoy.
