Who do you think should be employed by the NPGMC...

"coffee? tea? unbearable cuteness? no? how about a xenophobia candle then?"

You wouldn't need to "employ" people... no doubt there are plenty of hardcore fams who would do the job for free. Nerds! biggrin

This basically sums up Prince's whole PROBLEM! He already has too many FANS & YES-MEN working for 'em, who don't have the BALLS to tell it like it is!lol

If you were asked to moderate the NPGMC website, would you? And how much would you charge for your services?

Actually, they have offered me a position moderating the NPGMC forums. I get to call Prince "baby brother" and spend all day scratching swearwords out of magazines. I've got my bags packed and everything! Screw you guys! smile

Seriously though, to answer your question: I don't think I would ever work for Prince. Can you imagine the shit you would have to put up with? Also, there are too many stories of disgruntled ex-employees at Paisley Park etc. The man is a bit nutty (let's be honest) so who would really want to be the guy who has to interpret his crazy ass-nuggets of wisdom and translate it into a website? Tough job, I'd imagine.

Anyway, moderating a site isn't really a profession, it isn't something you get paid for. You do it in your spare time out of love... I dig the Org and the people on it which is why I give it a lot of my time. I'm sure NPGMC would have no problems at all finding hardcore fams with lots of online time to moderate the site for them... in a sick way they will probably feel they are getting "closer to Him". Of course whether or not Prince would want his site being managed by people not directly on his payroll is a different matter...

I have a real job, and I doubt Prince could afford my services smile

he would make such a great employee. He would be equally mean to all without discriminating anyone. Since he is not a fan. He would never take sides.

as 4 me, i honestly don't think ol' boy would employ my ass. i still use 'naughty words' and ain't afraid 2 tell a brotha 'no'...i'm almost as bullheaded as p is, so it wouldn't happen. lol

the best i could do is serve 'meatloaf'--the vegan shit, that is--if i see it on the npgmc. that, and my picture-findin services may be of some use as well. mr.green

I wouldn't mind testing new unreleased music before being released as long as I could sit at my own desk with no distractions, an internet accessed computer, and headphones.

I'd love to redesign that site and make it user friendly, and worthwhile. Prince can just dump a bunch of new music and photos on the table and let me go to town with the site.

Thats only cuz I love making web sites.

I sure as hell wouldn't do it for free though lolol.

Bart and I think there are plenty people here who could do a better job than the purple assclowns who are currently working for the club.

But the real problem is Prince.

vindicator, what's your deal? why do you have this bizarre beef with ian? if it weren't for the org, hardly anybody would even know the club was back up.

thank god for ian and the rest of the org crew.

and yes, prince does in fact makes his employees sign a confidentiality agreement, which has been reported by many, many reputable ex-employees.

as for moderators supposedly being "objective," as you claim - i think the orgers do a darn good job of that. sometimes, i agree, an emotion may get in the way of rationality, but these times are few and far between and unlike prince, ian et al are quick to own up to their mistakes or mis-steps. are you telling me you think all the PAISLEYPARK1-9 moderators are objective? i'll give you a thousand dollars if you can make a cohesive argument to support THAT claim.

your profile is incredibly short on details - don't you feel like a loser posting this sort of stuff about someone personally (basically your entire post was a rant against ian), when you just joined (under this user name anyway) 2 days ago and remain completely anonymous?

i may complain about the club on their website, as you are doing here, but at least i'm not hesitant to tell anybody who i am and how they can contact me. unlike you, i'm not ashamed of my beliefs.
