1000x &0's cuss word

So Prince sang original lyrics on the 1000'x & 0's HitNRun album version but he left out a bad word .Wasn't it better if he changed that line cause it's obvious what word is left out.So what is the point when he still was implying left our cuss word???

ha, yes, he did this all the time and I always felt the exact same way... I mean to blatantly imply the word while slightly dancing around actually saying it... might as well just say it at that point, if the overall sentiment is identical.

Every time I hear it, I picture him wanting to make love to a farm laborer who just came in from working in the hot, sunny fields.
