I'm Ready To Celebrate Him

After 4 years of mourning our Prince, I am finally ready to celebrate him tomorrow the way that he would want me to. Sometthing is different this year. The energy from his spirit is now stronger than the sadness of his passing. I hope that many of you are feeling what the same way. Maybe it is because the so-called "Celebration" at Paisley has been cancelled and we can now focus our energies actually celebrating him the way he wanted to be celebrated tomorrow.

A lot of people are wondering what he would be doing during this crisis. Hosting an online concert? A DJ set? Releasing an album? Nope. We know exactly what he would be doing. He would be anonymously assisting those impacting by COVID-19 and others in need.

And that particular tracklist of the post 9/11 NPG Ahdio show

is something I've burned on a CD,

like a nice (but mediocre) Prince hand picked compilation of slow jams.

Even play it from time to time.

whatever

looby

I was merely a fan, I didn't know Prince and Prince and didn't know me, so I'm not going to speak on what he would have done during this time, as if I knew him personally, because I didn't, and in reality, Prince didn't even know I existed.
