You're right that there is a 2" multitrack tape box labeled "3121 Radio" but it must be something different (perhaps jingles, station IDs?). A 10.5” reel (that holds 2500 ft of tape) has a total playing time of 16.5 minutes at 30ips (or 33 mins at 15ips) while the article states the episode is 2.5 hours long. Besides, taping a radio show does not require more than 2 channels. If they taped the 2.5 hours in one go then it probably went directly to a hard drive.
