I think we all know about the super rare Gold Experience promo double record set released with a basic cardboard sleeve in 1995. Does anyone know the actual release date or how many of the limited releases exist?

Mine is No. 1873 and it's gorgeous. Such a nice, warm sound, such a beautiful colour...

Can't check the number I have but these aren't that rare and I see them still for sale a lot of times a year.

Yep, they're always for sale on discogs. Just bought one froma seller there. I've never seen one in a brick and mortar store. I suppose rare depends on your definition; I think 4000 or 5000 pressings makes it pretty darn rare but that's just me.

anythig below 1000 is rare for me. things like the 51 Hours 12 Inch (probably about 40 in existance) for example.
