The live version of Come that's out there... ...the one from 1993, that is. * It may just be my ears, but - is this not the funkiest version of this song in existence? The most playful version of this song in existence? The most likeable version of this song in existence? - And I like the album version well enough...prefer the "club" version from The Beautiful Experience TV movie...but this delightful rendition has taken my appreciation for this little ditty to a whole new level - even Tony M's vocal offerings don't mar. * * I'd advise all those who haven't done so, go and do so. Is this a new leak? The fact you mention Tony M I’m wondering if it’s from the DNA aftershow How long is it?

Or the chicago aftershow from the same tour

Hi - the tagline on the video says its the DNA show, mentioned. From 1993. It's new to me and I very much enjoy it.

It's a great version, in my opinion the best. The entire 93 configuration of the Come album is something I'm highly interested in, as the production and many of the mixes are radically different.

I'm still kicking myself to this day. I heard about the aftershow on the way home from a radio station but it would of been too late to get in if i tried at that point.
I had heard before the main show that his throat was sore & he wasn't going to perform an aftershow.. This was before internet/smartphone..

It appears to have been a fruitful time, for Prince, that's for sure.

The smile would still be on your face, today!

Right? I've more than made up for it but that show will always be the one that got away.

Ah yes got the cabaret metro snbd...... and the dna snbd. For me the Rock version of Come is my favourite followed by the beautiful experience version.

I have the same CD (grainy purple cover, yellow text?), must have picked it up around the same time in my mid-teens. Played it to death. I remember loving the performance of Black MFs In The House too - the whole show is great.
