"What are the best Prince tracks released since 2016?"

https://blog.thecurrent.o...ince-2016/

.

It’s undeniably been bittersweet to hear the Prince music that’s been released from the Vault since the artist’s tragic death in 2016, but there’s also no denying the power of the sounds that Prince left behind. We asked several prominent fans to share their favorite tracks to emerge over the past four years.

.

Click the link for the selections.

That's a tough one.
I don't think I could narrow it down to 5 tracks.
Maybe the 20 best tracks - that's a list I can wrap my head around.

Phase3

This is a real tough one.I see "Purple Music" is a favorite but I can't get into It much.Kinda too long and repetitive for my taste. My top 5 today are
We can fuck
Sex shooter
Ur all I want
Something in the water (demo)
Father's song

- Wonderful Ass
- You're All I Want
- I Am (Extended)

Yes, I'm counting the pulled Deliverance EP.

Any list without both We Can Fuck and Bold Generation on it is fraudulent and impeachable.

Love & Sex is the one for me. I just can't get enough of it. It comes on and I CRANK it UP...my husband (who likes the song) is SOOOO sick of me going on about it.

Most of the vault tracks from PR and 1999 deluxe versions are great too.

I wish they published the reasoning behind all 5 tracks that each selected, instead of just one track.
.
My choices:
1. Rearrange
2. Mary Don’t You Weep
3. We Can F*ck
4. Manic Monday
5. Possessed (PR Deluxe version)
"Love & honesty, peace & harmony"

Hate to say it but....Deliverance.

But that's only because the best unreleased stuff had been circulating. Maybe Holly Rock.
