Hello. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to recommend some books about Prince which showcase his OPULENT lifestyle.

I would also like recommendations on books about Prince that describe him as being a workaholic and working all the time.

Pick up any photo heavy book of him and he'll be dressed in designer clothing and looking flawless - it should not be too hard to find photos of him with some kind of jewellery on him. Pick up a text heavy book on him and if it doesn't highlight his work ethic there would be something very wrong with it.

Hello! Thank you for the reply. Yes, agreed Prince had a sharp aesthetic! Morris said that even around the house he would walk around in costumes, etc (at least when people were there to see him).

I have the 21 nights book. Got it mostly for the CD. Been tucked away for years. Maybe I need to get it out and have a look. Thank you for the reply!

Thank you for the reply. I just recently realized how huge Prince's life was. And I like that. And I think it's worth study.

And YES... I think it can be modelled.

Hello. Anybody can be modelled. I am not a musician, but I can take certain ideas from Prince's life and incorperate them into my own, absolutely, anybody can.

Literally every Prince bio talks about the work ethic.

As for opulence, one of the design magazines like Architectural Digest featured a Prince home (I want to say it was the LA house, though he just rented that one, so I could be wrong). Mayte's book covers some of the behind the scenes details about being flown around, but it sounds more like a grind than opulence. There are published photos from that Mayte era with him in what looks to be private villas somewhere in Europe, and Prince fancied himself a photographer around that same era.

I don't think there's a lot of documentation of him being opulent because that wasn't his substance. There's talk of the video productions really going above and beyond to make him happy, full time staff just to create his custom clothing and that kind of thing, but it's not rock star excess or aspirational.
