Last night for some reason, I dreamed heavily about the song "Leaving for New York" all night.

What PRINCE dreams have you had or had lately?

I met Prince & told Him "Yo' Handclaps is IGNANT!!"

I had a dream about a month ago, that my Mum's suburban house in the north east of England had been turned into a HMV (not entirely sure why), and I was sifting through the vinyl section in what was (or still was?) her kitchen, and came across the unofficial release of HITnRUN Phase Two.

I've only had one Prince dream.
Paisley Park was being redecorated with wide red and yellow stripes everywhere and I was hired to help paint. {gack}

I had a dream that Prince jammed with Jack White. In my dream, it kicked ass.

Ive had one a few months ago.

One was at Paisley but there were palm trees everywhere (Im in LA). He was shooting a video and was recreating a snowy night in an alley with one lamp post and there was a backdrop and somebody was dropping what seemed liked feathers from the top to mimic snow. But lookin at it on video it looked hella pristine. A bunch of us were stretching to do some dance moves.

After the shot I decided to tour Paisley myself and he had a collector's room of old pop culture stuff. Toys, games etc. There was a side room that had red lights that intrigued me and there was a bunch of macabre stuff from cultures all around the world...shrunken heads in glass jars, a lot of stuff in glass jars to be frank///weapons, many musical instruments.

After touring the video cast including Prince were in the pool playing games as it was suns out.


Also had a dream where he and I worked on a song together. I was on the piano and he was giving me directions. I still remember parts of the tune too.

You would think...but there plenty of windows everywhere!

I had a dream about him after he passed, where I saw him in heaven, he was dressed in gold, and smiling at me. I think I spoke to him, but I don't seem to remember much because my dreams have a tendency to fade and be forgotten quickly in my mind. I should have written it down, while it was vivid in memory, but I didn't.

Not sure if it's true but I've heard that when folks went over to Paisley Park they were instructed not to look Prince in the eyes.

Anytime I had a dream that invloved going to some Prince secret show, or running into him at some kind of production gig... he always looks completely different. Its the same twist in every dream... he looks like a completely different person when I get up close in the dream.

I've had more than one Prince dream. Lots of times, I just run into him while out and about.


In this dream, I was at his house but it was not PP. Lots of people there partying. The house was tore up. I was picking up. Prince was hanging around watching people and lounging on the couch. My friend was there too, and I showed her something I had found when picking up items that had just been tossed on the floor. Apparently, I had been there many years before. Two men came in and said "I remember you" but they had foreign accents, and I couldnt understand them clearly. Then Prince invited us to come back the next day.

Weird.
